Choosing a cancellation policy can be a balancing act. You want to avoid cancellations while still attracting customers – and today’s clients want more flexibility as they plan their upcoming projects.
Because every business has different needs, we’ve created several cancellation policies. You can choose the standard and long-term policies that work best for you.
Standard Policies
Your standard cancellation policy is ideal for short-term rentals (up to 2 weeks).
- Flexible Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start date for a full refund.
- Moderate Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 3 days of the start date for a 50% refund.
- Strict Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 1 week in advance; cancellations within a week will not be refunded.
Long-Term Policies
For rentals longer than two weeks, we offer policies designed to accommodate extended timelines.
- Flexible Long-Term Policy: Cancel up to 7 days before for a full refund.
- Strict Long-Term Policy: Cancel up to 2 weeks in advance; cancellations within two weeks will not be refunded.
